More Than Bread Method
Revealing patterns. Renewing identity. Rebuilding health. Creating habits. Achieving freedom.
The More Than Bread Method™ is rooted in the truth that we were never meant to rely on food alone.
As followers of Christ, we are called to deny ourselves, take up our cross daily, and find our ultimate comfort, peace, and identity in Him, not in food, control, restriction, or striving. Yet in moments of struggle, many of us turn to food for comfort or control, or swing into restriction, obsession, and punishment of the body.
I understand this deeply because I have lived in both extremes.
This method is about gently and honestly bringing those patterns into the light without shame or condemnation and surrendering them to Jesus. Healing begins with truth, where we acknowledge what has been hidden, what has been used to cope, and what has taken the place of peace.
From there, we walk through the process of transformation: Reveal, Renew, Rebuild, Create, and Achieve, all to Restore!
